Satış ve lisans

Türkiye'deki satışlar Shopier ödeme altyapısı üzerinden yukarıdaki şirket tarafından yapılır. Ön bilgilendirme formu ve mesafeli satış sözleşmesi ödeme sayfasında sunulur ve onaylanır. Türkiye dışındaki satışlarda satıcı, ödeme ve vergiyi üstlenen Polar Software Inc.'dir (Merchant of Record); Polar'ın satış koşulları geçerlidir.

• Lisans tek seferlik ödemeyle alınır ve süresizdir. Sonraki SetupBar güncellemeleri ek ücret olmadan gelir.
• Lisans kişiseldir ve aynı anda en fazla 3 Mac'te etkinleştirilebilir. Lisans anahtarı başkalarıyla paylaşılamaz ve yeniden satılamaz.
• Lisans anahtarı ödemeden sonra e-postayla gönderilir.
• SetupBar macOS 26 veya üstü ve Apple Silicon gerektirir. Harici monitör özellikleri monitörün DDC/CI desteğine bağlıdır.

Deneme, cayma ve iade

SetupBar satın almadan önce 14 gün boyunca ücretsiz denenebilir. Lisans anahtarı elektronik ortamda anında teslim edildiği için Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (md. 15/1-ğ) uyarınca cayma hakkı bulunmaz. Yine de SetupBar Mac'inde veya monitöründe beklendiği gibi çalışmazsa, satın almadan sonraki 14 gün içinde support@setupbar.com adresine yazarak ücret iadesi isteyebilirsin. İade edilen lisans iptal edilir.

Gizlilik ve KVKK aydınlatma metni

Veri sorumlusu: yukarıda bilgileri yer alan şirket.

İşlenen veriler: satın alırken verdiğin ad ve e-posta adresi, sipariş numarası, lisans anahtarı; lisans etkinleştirilirken Mac'in adı ve Mac'in donanım kimliğinden türetilen, geri çözülemeyen anonim bir kimlik; etkinleştirme ve son kontrol tarihleri. Türkiye satışlarında fatura için gereken bilgiler (ad, adres) Shopier'den alınır.

Amaç ve hukuki sebep: lisansın teslimi, etkinleştirilmesi, en fazla 3 Mac sınırının uygulanması, iade ve destek (sözleşmenin ifası, KVKK md. 5/2-c) ile faturalama ve kayıt tutma (hukuki yükümlülük, md. 5/2-ç).

Aktarım: veriler yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak için şu hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır: Cloudflare (lisans sunucusu ve site barındırma), Resend (lisans e-postalarının gönderimi), Shopier ve Polar (ödeme). Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışındadır.

Saklama: lisans kayıtları lisans geçerli olduğu sürece, satış ve fatura kayıtları ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır.

Uygulama: SetupBar hesap istemez; analitik veya kullanım verisi göndermez. Yalnızca lisansı etkinleştirirken ve haftada bir geçerliliğini kontrol ederken lisans sunucusuna, günde bir kez de güncelleme olup olmadığını öğrenmek için setupbar.com'a bağlanır. Ses, yalnızca ses ayarı için anlık işlenir; kaydedilmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Site: setupbar.com çerez kullanmaz. Cloudflare, çerezsiz ve kişiyi tanımlamayan ziyaret istatistikleri tutar.

Hakların: KVKK md. 11 kapsamındaki haklarını (bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme vb.) kullanmak için support@setupbar.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Mac ve macOS, Apple Inc.'in ticari markalarıdır. SetupBar, Apple Inc. ile bağlantılı değildir. Mos, SoundSource, BetterDisplay ve AlDente kendi sahiplerinin markalarıdır; SetupBar'ın bu uygulamalarla veya geliştiricileriyle bir bağı yoktur.

Purchase and license terms

Outside Türkiye, SetupBar is sold through Polar Software Inc., which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT; Polar's terms of sale apply to the purchase. In Türkiye it is sold by the company above through Shopier.

• The license is a one-time purchase and does not expire. Future SetupBar updates are included at no extra cost.
• The license is personal and can be active on up to 3 Macs at a time. The key may not be shared or resold.
• The license key is sent by e-mail right after payment.
• SetupBar requires macOS 26 or later and Apple Silicon. External monitor features depend on the monitor's DDC/CI support.
• SetupBar is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Trial and refunds

You can try SetupBar free for 14 days before buying. If it doesn't work as expected on your Mac or monitor, write to support@setupbar.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refunded license is revoked.

Privacy

Controller: the company above.

What we keep: the name and e-mail address you give when buying, the order number and license key; when you activate, the Mac's name and an anonymous ID derived from its hardware ID that can't be traced back to the hardware; activation and last-check dates.

Why: to deliver and activate the license, enforce the 3-Mac limit, handle refunds and support, and keep the records the law requires.

Who processes it: only the providers needed to run the service: Cloudflare (license server and website hosting), Resend (license e-mails), Polar and Shopier (payments). Some of them are outside Türkiye.

How long: license records for as long as the license is valid; sales and invoice records for as long as the law requires.

The app: SetupBar needs no account and sends no analytics or usage data. It contacts the license server only to activate the license and to check once a week that it's still valid, and setupbar.com once a day to look for updates. Audio is processed live for volume control only; it is never recorded or sent anywhere.

The website: setupbar.com uses no cookies. Cloudflare keeps cookieless, non-identifying visit statistics.
